   Megan serves as Director of Operations  bringing warmth, creativity, and a heart for hospitality to the day-to-day life of the café. She is passionate about creating an environment where both our team and our customers feel welcomed, valued, and known.

Megan is also the creative mind behind Breslow’s Ice Cream, bringing handcrafted ice cream to RISE and creating even more opportunities for connection, creativity, and meaningful work.

Whether she’s supporting the RISE team, dreaming up a new ice cream flavor, or making sure every guest feels at home, Megan’s heart for people beautifully reflects the mission of RISE: to know, love, and serve.

   Ginny brings joy, energy, and a welcoming spirit everywhere she goes. Known for lighting up the room with her happiness and contagious smile, she leads RISE events, helping coordinate our growing mobile coffee service, catering, and community experiences.

From preparing for events behind the scenes to creating memorable interactions with guests, Ginny helps make sure the heart of RISE travels with us wherever we go. Her enthusiasm, warmth, and genuine love for people make her a natural ambassador for RISE and help us bring our mission beyond the walls of the café and into the community.

   Liz brings years of experience in operations, organization, and team support to her role as Team Lead at RISE. With a strong background in systems and process, she helps create structure and consistency in the day-to-day flow of the café.

Known for her calm, steady presence and willingness to step in wherever she is needed, Liz is always ready to lend a hand and help keep things moving. Her attention to detail, flexibility, and heart for supporting others help our team feel confident, cared for, and set up for success.

 Cam brings care, creativity, and a genuine love for people to her role as a Team Lead. With a background in food and beverage and a natural gift for connection, she helps create an environment where both guests and team members feel comfortable and supported. Cam values the kindness and sense of belonging that define the RISE community and works to extend that experience to everyone who walks through the door. 

 Aji brings a warm, joyful presence to RISE and has a natural way of making people feel seen, cared for, and genuinely welcomed. With a heart for serving others, she believes that even the smallest interactions can become meaningful experiences.

Aji also has a deep love for creativity and self-expression and believes in showing up as her best self so she can create something beautiful for the people around her. Her kindness, infectious energy, and heart for people make her a wonderful addition to the RISE team and a beautiful reflection of our mission to know, love, and serve.

  As our former General Manager, now fill in Team Lead, Casey brings years of experience in hospitality, operations, and leadership to assist our team with clarity and care. She has a strong background in managing complex schedules, people, and details, all while keeping the environment welcoming and steady. Casey’s thoughtful leadership helps both the team and our guests feel supported from the moment they walk in.

 April has been part of RISE since the very beginning, helping shape its voice, presence, and connection to the community. In her role, she leads marketing and social media while also guiding vocational rotations in partnership with bloom work & play. April brings creativity, consistency, and heart to everything she does, helping others grow while sharing the mission of RISE with the community. 

 Nicole founded RISE coffee & tea, SHINE health & wellness, and bloom work & play with a shared vision of creating spaces where people of all abilities can grow, belong, and contribute. Inspired by her daughter, Bekah, Nicole set out to build environments that value dignity, purpose, and real-life skill development. Together, these organizations work in partnership to support individuals through wellness, vocational learning, and inclusive community.
